WoW Wee Hot Crab Dip Recipe

1 – Tablespoon Butter
2 – Cloves garlic, finely minced
2/3 Cup Spicy Cajun Wow Wee Dipping Sauce
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 – 8oz. package cream cheese
1 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 – 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 – Teaspoon Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
½ Cup grated mozzarella cheese for topping
1 Pound crab meat
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter for about 1 minute in a small bowl in the microwave. Once cooled add the Spicy Cajun Wow Wee Dipping Sauce, sour cream, cream cheese, crab meat, and parmesan cheese. Stir in Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and a dash or two of Tabasco (optional). Pour into 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
My family also likes me to substitute fresh spinach for the artichokes.
