Born and raised in South Louisiana, I love seafood!! One of my favorite memories of my childhood is helping my mom make the dipping sauce every time we boiled seafood. Now, we certainly didn’t stop there – we ate that sauce with just about anything. Some things never change because it’s still popular in my household as well as just about every other Cajun household on the Bayou. God gave me the dream years ago to put this Cajun tradition in a bottle for everyone to enjoy. After all, we are Cajuns and we love to share our traditions especially when it comes to food!!
